In this highly interactive workshop, participants will engage in activities and exercises involving teambuilding and leadership skills. Participants will be able to identify the characteristics of a good team, the 5 C’s of leadership, skills needed for teamwork and roles adopted within a team. |

Mary Richter is an Education Program Specialist with the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission and has been employed by the State for over 26 years. She has a Masters Degree in Education as well as Supervisor of Education certification. Areas of specialty include curriculum development, personality theory, teaching/learning styles, and wellness. Currently Mary coordinates the Comprehensive Health Education curriculum for the Commission. Ms. Richter is also a master trainer who facilitates staff development and students workshops on a number of topics.
