Course Outline: |
| Since communication is the foundation for all we do, the success of a juvenile detention worker in working with youth and co-workers is dependent on their own ability to communicate effectively. Participants will learn the components of the communication process in the workshop, and through different exercises, will demonstrate and observe those components at work. |
